- Main Screen -

For each collections, you can customize the 7 main fields and labels.

- Edit Fields -

Click the ON buton to start custom design your collection.

Use one of 15 built in labels templates or place cursor directly on the label you wich to change.

Use Slider under each fields to rezise current field.

- File -

Click on the current collection listbox to select available collection.

Add New Collection - to Add/Start a new collection.

Delete Collection - to Delete a collection.

- Control -

New - to add a new record.

Save - to save current record.

Delete - to delete current record.

Search - Search for specific record name (for field #1) or go directly to record number.

- Picture -

New - to Add a new Picture.

Back/Front - to togle between the front and back picture.

Delete - to Delete current picture.

- General -

Quantity - the quantity of current  item.

Purchased - The price you paid for each item.

Value - the current value of the item.

Total - the sum of (Quantity X Value)

Location - current location of the item.

Date - Purchase date.

Condition - Item condition

Status - current status of the item.

Link - website address

Notes - add multilines description for current item.

- Print -

Print Current Record - this will print the details of the current record.

Print List - this will print the list of all the records in the current collection.

- Move or Backup Data -

All your Collections Database and Pictures are located in the Directory below.

C:\Program Files\EasyBitSoft\My Collectibles

Copy all Directories located in the Directory above.
